available online and payment is accepted with a debit card, credit card, or wire transfer.

Registration Information

Symposium registration includes admittance to all educational sessions, except where noted that an additional course fee is required, the exhibit hall, and refreshment breaks each day, as well as the Gala Dinner.

 

Acceptable Forms of Payment
Credit cards may be used for all registrations. IFFS accepted Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. IFFS reserves the right to charge the correct amount, if different from your calculated total. Charges will appear on your statement as “IFFS Registration”. Note: registrations paid by credit card may be faxed to +856-432-3420. Keep a copy of your fax transmittal confirmation for your record. If faxing, do not mail the original form, doing so may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.

 

Wire Transfers are accepted provided that the NET AMOUNT of the wire (after bank fees) is sufficient to cover all registration fees in US dollars. Please contact IFFS Registration (856-423-7222 x 235) for additional information on wire transfer payments.

 

Cash and Travelers Checks (US dollars only) will be accepted for pre and onsite registration at the IFFS Symposium Registration Desk.  Please do not send cash or travelers checks through the mail.

 

Letters of Invitation
If requested, the IFFS will send a personal invitation for participation at the International Symposium. It should be understood the invitation is only to assist participants of the Symposium to raise travel funds and to obtain a VISA and not a commitment on the part of the IFFS to provide any financial support.

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation requests must be made in writing prior to 01 February 2018. Registration fees will be refunded minus a processing fee of $50 (full meeting) or $25 (Pre-conference Course). Please send refund requests via e-mail to IFFS Secretariat (IFFSSECRETARIAT@talley.com).  There will be no refunds after 1 February 2018.
